On July 21, 2014, the Alsace Vosges Crédit Agricole and the Union Organisations got together to sign an important agreement relating to scheduled actions in favour of disabled workers and to appoint the members of the Disabled Commission for the Regional Bank.
The objective of this Commission is to develop stable hiring practices of disabled people, giving all employees recognised as disabled, the means to succeed and progress within the company. But also to integrate disability within the heart of our Human Resource policies, notably by acting on the employee-level at the Regional Bank to change the mentalities regarding disabilities.
This agreement confirms our desire to pursue the action plans which have been carried out over several years and become part of the National agreement framework of the Crédit Agricole signed on December 21, 2010, relating to disabled people working in the Regional Banks of the Crédit Agricole.
These actions are backed by our HECA representative.
