answer you within 5 working days,,

– or to acknowledge receipt of your claim within 5 working days should an answer not be given within this deadline as your request is complicated or requires contact with subsidiaries or partners of the Crédit Agricole Group. In this event, we undertake to answer you within the 2 following months counting from the receipt of your claim.
